Reporting into the Head of Transformation, Allianz is recruiting for a Transformation Data Specialist (Data Enablement) to join the team. The primary purpose of this role Is to act a specialist in the development and delivery of selected elements of Data Enablement including Process Mining, Data Governance, Party Data Management and Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the definition, development, and implementation of strategies within the transformation division relating to various Data Enablement concepts including one of more concepts such as Process Mining, Data Governance, Party Data Management and Artificial Intelligence
  • Implement concepts and processes to support the future data platform for Allianz Australia
  • Actively work with Transformation Development, Data Office, and Centres of Excellence to ensure that future state data platforms enable mature implementation of Data Enablement concepts.
  • Establish best practice design and implementation of Data Enablement concepts.
  • Provide guidance to development and analytics teams to ensure fit for purpose deliverables, supporting the advancement of Data Enablement concepts as a core delivery standard.
  • Establish standards and guidelines for continuous best in class delivery and future proof models.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to drive awareness and alignment on the benefits of strong planning and design for streamlined Data Enablement processes to support divisional strategies.
