About the role
CSO Portfolio Strategy and Transformation (PS&T) is a critical enabler to deliver on CSO’s strategic objectives now and as it transforms for the future. Comprising of Strategy, Transformation & Delivery, Workforce Management, Capability and Supplier Management, the PS&T function holds a single view of strategy and transformation across CSO. Defining the portfolio-wide roadmap, it supports growing business capability via Centres of Excellence, accelerating delivery and ensures portfolio financial objectives are well managed.
The Transformation Governance & Delivery Excellence function ensures the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across CSO, driving a standard approach for initiative definition, prioritisation, program and change delivery, governance and tracking.
The Transformation Governance & Excellence Lead has multiple objectives:
Responsible for standardised transformation frameworks and governance for execution across CSO in line with ANZ Delivery Framework
Act as a trusted advisor and SME for project delivery discipline
Oversee the effective delivery of strategic and transformative initiatives across CSO

What will your day look like

Responsibilities:

Developing and managing Portfolio wide frameworks and governance for:
Change and communications
Program delivery excellenance and governance
Regulatory responses
Establishing and supporting new programs and initiaitives by providing SME input and ensuring consistent delivery of major change aligned to best practice
Overseeing and managing in-flight strategic initiatives, including initiative resourcing
Developing and/or enhancing how the CSO Portfolio builds and embeds transformation, frameworks, governance and delivery best practice
Management of Initiaitive Leads and Transformation Excellence COE Leads (who are accountable for Portfolio frameworks and governance, plus delivery support)
CSO Portfolio owner of Application Delivery frameworks (owned by tech)
CSO Portfolio owner Automation Delivery frameworks
Regularly communicating with senior stakeholders on the progress, issues and risks, where required
Engagement across Enterprise Change, Strategic Comms, Group Program Delivery
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
At least 5 years Program management experience implementing scaled initiatives and tracking/ delivering results
Deep experience and understanding of ANZ processes, frameworks and technologies
Demonstrated experience preparing, engaging and supporting people to successfully deliver, embed and adapt to change which drives desired outcomes
Expert ability in communicating with and influencing a complex organisational system of stakeholders (including CSO LT) to foster collaboration and garner support / alignment.
Commercial acumen and leadership with proven experience delivering in a complex environment
