Description:

The Transformation Manager is a key role within the Trust, responsible for ensuring effective planning and delivery of the Trusts Beyond Outstanding programme. The post holder will be responsible for design and delivery of numerous work programmes contributing to the Trusts strategic ambitions. You will work closely with senior managers to develop the trusts approach to Service Improvement and Project Management and be responsible for the design and delivery of improvement training interventions trust wide. Effective planning, programme management, performance reporting and partnership working will be essential to ensure successful outcomes.
To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries. Drawing on your considerable previous experience of delivering a portfolio of complex projects, within budget and on time. You will: be an expert in improvement methods and project management, develop highly collaborative relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes, provide professional leadership & guidance in relation to improvement science and effective programme delivery, critically analyse complex processes, systems and information; providing new insight and perspective, contribute to developing a culture that strives for continuous improvement in quality, patient care, service delivery, efficiency and value for money, develop transformation systems, processes, methods, tools and techniques, develop robust project management frameworks and progress reporting, challenge the status quo, over-come barriers to change and promote new ways of working, manage a team of improvement specialists providing support, mentorship and guidance, advice to the tam and senior managers/ sponsors.
