Description:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 years of experience in project management and execution with either a leading consultancy, private equity or an industrial player
- Proven track record of implementing transformation, integration of change programs high-tech manufacturing or similar industries
- Experience in functional excellence roles (e. g. commercial excellence, lean manufacturing, etc.) is a plus
- Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or related discipline
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
- Fluent in German and English
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office, including follow-up and tracking of the company’s most critical projects
- Establish the PMO’s strategic priorities that align with the overall business goals, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Monitor the progress of projects and programs, providing regular reports to senior management on the status, risks, and issues
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction (esp. functional best-practices) to managers of the company, helping them design and implement their individual transformation initiatives
- Be an ambassador of change; champion change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives across the organization
- Select and implement the appropriate tools and software to enhance productivity and communication
- When required, takes a hands-on approach to individual initiatives, becoming its project manager and driving it to completion
