Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager Transformation, and as part of a specialist team of Transformation Stream Leads you will be responsible for the scoping and design of transformational initiatives relating to a specific area of subject matter expertise. In this role you will seek out ways in which to optimize processes, systems, and policies in line with the transformation project goals and outcomes for your area of focus.
This Transformation Stream Lead role is a 12 month full-time maximum term role.

Duties for the Transformation Stream Lead – Site Operations & Asset Optimisation include:

  • Develop ‘best practice’ operations standards for sites by type and service offering
  • Evaluate, recommend and deliver an optimal site labour model that is dynamic and meets current and future needs
  • Review all purchasing processes for site operations including procurement and COGS review
  • Develop processes and tools to optimise the use and procurement of production and other assets used in business operations.
  • Ensure all standards and initiatives are aligned with Commercial and Safety Quality practices, developing capability where required.
  • Assess and implement a Fleet review and optimisation program.
  • Complete a site-by-site commercial analysis and identify and recommend fit for purpose, financially sustainable improvement strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to ensure all developments enhance and improve WHS practice and performance and are aligned with organisational WHS strategies.
  • Actively liaise with internal CoEs and stakeholders.
