Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting for Transit Operators to fill six (6) permanent part-time positions. Under the general direction of the Senior Operations Supervisor – Conventional Bus, the Transit Operator operates public transit vehicles on prescribed and other routing, ensuring schedule adherence and the comfort and safety of passengers. Carry out driving duties in accordance with highway traffic act regulations and the Transit Bus Policy Manual as it relates to driver responsibilities and the passenger assistance.
