Job role – Transition Manager

Job Description:
Excellent communication (both written and Verbal)
Transition Management-
o Take ownership and lead the overall transition
o Quick Learner
o Exp. in preparing transition plan based on Strategic, tactical, and operational activities
o Maintain transition schedule, budget, and staffing needs
o Highlight risks and also help in defining a strategy to mitigate the risks
o Suggest improvements based on past experience
o Has experience of handling /managing support project
o Help to define Operations Handbook /Run Book
o Guide the transition team
o Define a strategy for smooth transition without any spill over based on past experiences
Stakeholder Management
o Define templates for Status Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
o Should have experience is handling customer and other stakeholders
o Well versed with Agile methodologies
o Maintain Kanban board based on day to day progress and keep stakeholders updated
