• Peruse or tune in to legal materials that require translation from Arabic to English and vice-versa, discover comprehension of the significance and setting of that material, and change over it into a subsequent language, making a point to preserve the original meaning.
• Organize translated material and finalize translation according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and legal terminology.
• Help other translators who may lack legal training in fully understanding legal concepts and the principles of legal interpretation so they can deliver accurate lawful interpretations.
• Speak, read, and write fluently in at least two languages, including Arabic and English.
• Follow various translation-quality standards to ensure legal and ethical obligations to the stakeholders involved.
• Must be under oath from the respective authorities in the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Accounting / Finance
• Legal Translation License
