Description:

KNOWLEDGE; EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills and good understanding of logistics/transport.
  • Previous experience working within a Transport/ Logistics team preferred.
  • Experience in analysing data, building/writing reports, compliance etc.
  • Time management abilities to meet targets.
  • Experience with PowerBI a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Department leads to create and build reports.
  • Support collection, reporting and compiling data for annual accreditations.
  • The build of ad-hoc and bespoke reporting, preferably using PowerBI, to support senior decision-making.
  • Fuel Champion – Conducting regular analysis to identify trends and patterns in fuel efficiency.
  • Compiling data for prompt and timely scheduled reporting, with reports sent as per reporting schedules.
  • Identify, manage and report on any dependencies, milestones, critical path and potential risks/issues.
  • Efficient day to day administration of Transport and Plant activities, maintaining up to date records for all departments.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within Circet and clients, ensuring collaborative working across all teams/areas.
  • Create, maintain and deliver high quality project documentation.
  • Process & analyse costs and sales onto the Management Information System (MIS)
  • The build and management of our performance data, ensuring we have accurate information about our jobs, skills, synthetics, and other items, to ensure that our production plans are as accurate as we can make them.
  • Undertaking the build of forecasts as required.
  • Additional tasks where required that may be essential to the role.
