As LLP (Lead Logistics Partner) we handle the complete 4PL (forth party logistic provider) logistics for all our customer’s European plants. Within this framework, we are represented by approx. 940 employees at fifteen locations in 10 countries in Europe.

• As Transport Coordinator you’ll plan and monitor the day-to-day execution of transport orders within a predefined transport network, within a time window schedule at the lowest and most efficient total logistics cost. You will coordinate with other key stakeholders to deliver and our 4PL service. This all whilst maximizing KPI performance, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Our customer is a global player in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Within our 4PL service we manage within their European and Asian supply chain overland transports via road.
• Your new job as Transport Coordinator
• Ensure customer deliveries are successfully received and include alle necessary data
• Check & validate the document availability for all deliveries
• Plan shipments with the optimal routing so that the deliveries are on-time, and the transport is cost & CO2e efficient
• Create a collaborative relationship with our transport partners
• Monitor the execution of shipments and support for exception management
• Provide proactive updates to our customer and align closely with them in case of questions and challenges
• Analyze relevant data, create & update reports for root cause analyses & KPI management
• Propose continuous network improvements, identify opportunities for cost reductions and process effectiveness
• Adherence to LS&H and GDP industry standards
