Description:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- General knowledge / experience in planning or scheduling
- An analytical, curious and adaptable attitude combined with a problem solving mentality
- Strong communication and computer skills
- SAP or Assignar experience is highly desirable but not essential
- A desire to learn, willingness to take ownership and to be adaptable
- Knowledge of Cranes and/or transportation within the Pilbara region and/or mining sector is a bonus

Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Mammoet are looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Australian planning team. As a Transport Coordinator situated in the Port Hedland Depot, you will coordinate the allocation of equipment and personnel as well as arranging permits for upcoming heavy transport projects within the Pilbara.
The role will be based in Mammoet’s Port Hedland Depot on a Full-Time Monday-Friday basis working 50 hours per week.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Planning equipment and personnel movements in line with engineered requirements
- Liaising with site Superintendents, Project Managers and Logistics departments
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with our crews
- Maintaining equipment registers
