Your team and your responsibilities:

TEAM DESCRIPTION

Vehicle Supply Chain is responsible for distributing the vehicles produced in our global plants (Japan, Europe, USA, etc.) to our European customers (including Turkey and Russia). The vehicles arrive at our vehicle logistics centers (VLC) from the different manufacturing plants, where they are customised and checked before being delivered to our retailers.
VLC Kolin is servicing to TOYOTA customers in Czechia, Slovakia, Hugary, Austria & Germany and is also supporting the Toyota logistics operations for multiple countries for vehicles manufactured in Toyota motor Manufacturing Czechia.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of our team in Kolin, assuring safe, high quality and efficient yard, PDI and transport operations in close cooperation with Toyota’s logistics partners and strongly supported by our Vehicle Logistics Group team in Kolin and Brussels.
In order to achieve this, you will spend time in the “gemba” (yard). Desk- based work is also part of the job as you will be the main window to Head Office to report on safety, quality and productivity compliance of yard and truck operations.
You will be leading projects to further improve the safety, quality and efficiency and to assure the operations are ready for the future challenges.
You will be expect to travel according to business need (max 20%)
