The Transport team is part of the Service Engineering organization within Telia Mobile Denmark Infrastructure.
The transport team is defining architecture, developing, planning, and implementing the network with primary focus (but not solely) IP/MPLS and WDM networks, to ensure qualified customer experience.
As a head of the Transport team, you will be working with a diverse team of 9 specialists responsible for key technical tasks in the transport network, customer implementation, and mobile backhaul (both LCM rollout and operations). One of the main goal and purpose of our team is bringing to life our target infrastructure finding synergies between legacy shutdown and implementation of new technologies.

• Lead a team of diverse engineers/specialists, developing them grow, and providing the tools needed to remove barriers of execution.
• Be a model of change within the company – establishing and anchoring the governance between 3rd party suppliers, commercial units, and different technical departments in all network segments to ensure end-to-end service performance.
