The role
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Transport Scheduler to join our Fuels team at our large site in East Rockingham WA. As the Transport Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the procurement, transportation, and delivery of fuel products to multiple customer sites across metro WA. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roster basis: 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off. Thursday - Thursday.

As the Transport Scheduler, you will:

  • Plan, manage and facilitate the total fuel fleet scheduling and stock control activities for Toll’s metro contracts
  • Ensure daily schedules are kept current & confirmed to meet business requirements
  • Record/log deliveries and all related data into Toll reporting system within determined time lines
  • Provide detailed loading documentation, including Loading Plan, delivery documents and Journey Management Plan for all deliveries
  • Effective, timely and accurate reporting of all incidents to Toll Fuels & Gases and client.

About you:

  • Experience in similar role within transport/logistics industry with DG knowledge highly desired
  • High attention to detail, planning and organising.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A high degree of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse team at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter and solution focused.
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills preferably with Microsoft office suite
