Description:
Professional football club FC Nordsjælland is currently searching for a Transportation
Coordinator in the Academy Operations Team to mainly focus on the daily transportation, management of pool
cars, and logistics related to an integral part of the daily lives of the best academy in Denmark.
It is expected of you to:
- Independently working in a dynamic environment, where you can manage and navigate sudden changes
and changing needs
- Meet and understand the set KPIs for your area – including budget tracking
- Approach the position with an open mindset, where you balance between the individual player’s need and
the overall ambitions of the clubs – both strategically and in terms of the club’s values
- Actively engage in and be an ambassador for the club’s values, including contributing to the Academy
Operations Team and your colleagues across the organization
Main tasks:
- Responsibility for coordination and booking of daily transport for relevant academy players
o Structuring routes, assigning hourly-paid drivers, and being aware of changes to training schedules
for academy teams
- Secure an adequate amount of FC Nordsjælland-drivers – including hiring, registration of pay slips, and
daily dialogue with relevant parties
- Overview and administration of FC Nordsjælland pool cars
o Registration of kilometers driven
o Monthly status
o Dialogue with relevant leasing partner – including preparation of cars and managing dialogue
o Ensuring maintenance of cars
- Dialogue with segment leaders in FC Nordsjælland to ensure a smooth daily life
- Managing budget for salaries and spent on cars
You are a relevant candidate if you…
- … have at least five years experience and/or relevant education with coordination and administration of
transportation
- … are fluent in English – and preferably Danish as your native language
- … excel in the use of Microsoft Office (at least Excel, Office, and Word)
- … work structured and find pride in delivering the best product
- … accept that working hours will occur in the evening and weekends
