Description:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Fluent in English
- 3-4 years of transportation planning experience - Must have an understanding of networking functionality, changes, and their cost impact for trade off analysis
- SAP Desirable
- Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business units
- Outstanding trouble-shooting, analytical and problem solving skills for solving for optimal transportation solutions that balance cost and service needs
- Strong Computer and System Skills:
- Excel, Transportation Manager, Dispatch Planning, SAP, Business Objects, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to provide superior customer service with strong follow up skills

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the PFNA Transportation function continually optimizes staffing, schedules and activities that enable timely and seamless order processing across the entire Supply Chain.
- Quickly engage with business units to identify, interpret, and set mitigation plans in place to ensure deliveries to all customers.
- Respond to marketplace demands through an in-depth understanding of transportation planning practices and complex system technology.
- Initiate innovation and development of new analytics and business processes to improve service levels and drive efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and close efficiency gaps regarding transporation efficiency and asset optimization.
- Ensure support and engagement with PFNA/PFC business while working remotely from stakeholder
