JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must exhibit methodical work habits

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and EXE, TMS, Samsara systems
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction

EDUCATIONAL AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • Two or more years related experience in a transportation, warehouse or logistics environment
  • Previous inbound call center or customer service experience
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Expert knowledge of customer service, providing direction to other employees/vendors
  • Proficiency with de-escalation, high stress, time sensitive deadlines
