SUMMARY

Transports patients to and from the Operating Room. Is responsible for the proper transportation and safety of the patient. Is under the general guidance of the RN Perioperative Services staff. Is expected to treat all patients with dignity and respect. May be given some file clerk duties if deemed necessary. May be exposed to radiation and a variety of diseases.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• BLS for healthcare providers
