What We Are Seeking
We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam. The objective of this role is to execute the administrative processes of the area, applying the rules and procedures defined, preparing necessary documentation, in order to comply with each of these processes, achieve timely results and ensure the operation of the financial operation.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Assist all the tasks in the Travel & Expenses area.
  • Willingness to learn travel topics.
  • Review, analyze and account the Expense Report cases in Workday
  • Review, update and follow-up on airlines loyalty programs, hotel agreements and unused air tickets.
  • Support or back-up for the FinOps Department (Support Procurement team’s projects, assist treasury, invoicing, insurance and RFP tasks if required).
  • Assist the administrative and maintenance operations or tasks required.
  • Help in the negotiation process with suppliers for Bizagi offices maintenance services.
  • Supervise Bizagi offices maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Coordinate the correspondence and company assets sending and receiving and help in other types of errands that should be required.

    Academic and professional qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering, or related
    Experience
    1+ years of experience working in administrative positions or areas preferably that have been related to Travel reservations.

Languages

  • English advanced level
