MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the key contact person for managing client inquiries via both e-mails and phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient responses;
• Handle inquiries, reservations, itinerary modifications, and payments with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients’ preferences for destinations, travel dates, and expenses;
• Establish close collaboration with affiliated agencies to act as the main client contact;
• Ensure timely updates on travel arrangements while addressing any questions or concerns as part of the collaboration with affiliated agencies;
• Utilize booking systems and software proficiently to secure holidays and manage clients’ travel plans effectively;
• Keep clients informed of any changes to their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise to ensure a seamless travel experience.
