Reporting to the Travel & Expenses Team Lead the Travel & Expenses Associate is responsible for supporting the the Process Leader in ensuring service level agreements are met, all employee expense processes are carried our and responsible for ensuring continuous improvement methodology across Travel & Expenses process.
This is a full time (39 hours per week), permanent position, based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine and available for Hybrid Working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support
- Support Travel booking process
- Support Financial month end procedures
- Support Team Leader with projects
- Support new employees with training on all Travel & Expenses processes.
Knowledge Required:
- Previous experience of processing high volume employee expenses preferred. Full training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of service delivery – customer needs.
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Ideally knowledge of SAP but not essential.
- Previous experience of processing high volume supplier invoices.
The successful candidate will be subject to background checks.
