JOB DESCRIPTION:

Important information:

• 9 months internship (starts on September 2024, ends on June 2025)
• Full time position (40 hours per week)
• 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance

REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or Accounting;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Customer focus;
• Integrity and creativity;
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ease with communication tools, like Google Slides, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
• Keeping positive work relationship;
• Language: English - Advanced level
• Spanish, French or German is a plus.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Entry Level

AS AN INTERN IN TRAVEL & EXPENSES AT AIRBUS YOUR TASKS MAY BE RELATED WITH:

• Learning and understanding the company’s Travel & Expenses policy;
• Checking the correctness of submitted reimbursement claims by employees;
• Handling upcoming email queries from employees;
• Assisting the team with the internal and external controls;
• Learning different expense reimbursement tools;
• Support the T&E communication process to Airbus travelers by helping the management of T&E Google site, preparing emailings and presentations.
