Description:

As a Travel Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, and related services to individuals or groups. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and ensure clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. This role involves a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively sell airline tickets through tailored presentations, ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, fostering long-term cooperation, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional services, while also conducting market analysis, engaging with global consolidators, and staying informed about airline promotions to provide comprehensive and competitive services.
  • Facilitating deals/sales. Actively sell airline tickets to customers and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the advantages while considering their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
  • Providing extended service. Making sure customers are happy and satisfied with our services from start to finish, ensuring long-term cooperation via excellent customer service, and problem resolution skills.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling. Identify opportunities to cross-cull or upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, premium seating, etc.
  • Benchmark. Analyze other airline’s offerings, pricing, and strategies in the airline ticket market.
  • Travel software activity. Engaging with global consolidators to research and deliver the best solutions to customers in the designated travel software.
  • Stay informed and updated about airline promotions, discounts, and special offers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of travel products, destinations, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Travel, Airline or Sales in a BPO setting.
  • Sales Acumen. Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge. In-depth knowledge of Product destinations, services, and industry trends.
  • Travel account experience is an advantage.
  • Technology Proficiency. Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience in GDS is an advantage.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and as needed.

Compensation

  • Salary Package: Php20,000
  • HMO on day 1 with 1 dependent and an additional dependent 1 upon regularization
  • Group Life Insurance on day 1
  • Up to Php100,000 monthly performance bonus
