A prestigious household is seeking a dedicated Traveling Housekeeper/VIP Wardrobe Manager to cater to the needs of a discerning family. With a commitment to excellence, they prioritise maintaining an impeccable standard of service in every aspect of household management.
As a Traveling Housekeeper/VIP Wardrobe Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the owners’ residences and managing their wardrobe needs during travel and at home. Your responsibilities will also include providing comprehensive housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and organisation in the residences where the owner and family reside.
Managing the owners wardrobe inventory, including organising, cleaning and packing/ unpacking. Ensuring the wardrobe is easily accessible for the client as well as communicating with tailors, dry cleaners and other clothing service providers as needed. Keeping track of (electronic inventory) and shopping for new wardrobe pieces as requested.
Support and manage with hiring of local staff at each residence of the family and providing comprehensive housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and organisation. You will be collaborating with other staff members to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless transitions between residences and travel destinations, whilst upholding a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the VIP family.
You will be fluent in Russian, English and French and will be an EU passport holder with a current and clean driving licence. Previous proven work experience as a housekeeper with excellent organisational and multitasking skills is required. It is also about being prepared to journey alongside the Owner and his family on both long and short-term trips, ensuring that their needs are met with the same level of attentiveness and care as when they are at home.
This position operates on a rotational basis with another travelling housekeeper/ VIP wardrobe manager. The schedule will be discussed further with candidates during the interview process.
