TREASURY ANALYST – APAC REGION

Are you confident in your ability to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders on complex treasury matters? Can you help the team identify better, more efficient ways to work? Join the pioneer APAC Treasury Team of Western Union in Singapore.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2-4 finance and/or treasury experience in a corporate Treasury Team or Banking environment.
  • You will need strong knowledge of finance modelling & concepts

Skills, Education & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related subject matter.
  • Working knowledge and experience with global payment processing.
  • Able to work well within urgent timelines.
  • Prior Corporate Cash Management, Treasury Operations or Banking experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Undergraduate degree – business or related major.
  • CTP designation a plus

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily cash management responsibilities including the monitoring of bank balances, funding of bank accounts and the sweeping of any excess liquidity.
  • Process all agent funding payments in a timely manner.
  • Execute FX swaps and provide confirmation of FX transactions.
  • Follow and maintain all Treasury policies and controls.
  • Cross-train other Treasury employees on daily responsibilities.
  • Participate in Treasury projects and support all Western Union business initiatives.
