REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 8 years of corporate finance and/or treasury experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in project management and process improvement
• Strong analytical skills while being detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information
• Must be self-motivated, multi-task oriented, and able to effectively work well in a fast-paced environment
• Solid PC skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Multi-national banking experience
• MBA or CTP preferred
• Kyriba experience a plus

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Working with the Treasurer, the Treasury Manager’s primary responsibility is for the strategic oversight of Ace’s domestic and international treasury functions. Team activities include the setting of the daily cash position, cash consolidation, debt management, forecasting, and the processing of electronic payments. The Treasury Manager is also tasked with the continued development of a dynamic team consisting of a Treasury Supervisor and two Treasury Analysts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Domestic and International Cash Management team including daily cash positioning, borrowing levels and availability
• Cash forecasting to effectively manage borrowing rates and covenant compliance
• Oversee electronic payment activity to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for all banking systems to lead administration, implementations and system upgrades
• Bank account administration, including the establishment of new accounts and KYC documentation processes
• Drive department process improvements
• Oversee monthly closing activities including journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Perform other projects, analysis, and duties as requested
