JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP Treasury Sales Officer to join our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) within the EMEA Global Payments Solutions team in London. This strategic role involves primarily driving business development with a portfolio of inbound banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) from North America, APAC and Latam, established in Europe and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our brand and capturing business across payments, liquidity, transactional FX, trade finance, and other treasury services. SKILLS:

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of EMEA Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and services, with extensive experience in treasury operations and working capital solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven record in business development and managing GPS products, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our market presence among subsidiaries and branches of international banks and PSPs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients, understanding their transaction banking needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies in alignment with global and regional business goals, contributing to overall growth and success.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets and manage a robust new business pipeline, ensuring alignment with defined goals and objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including bankers, global sales officers, risk and compliance, operations, and servicing teams to deliver seamless client experiences and optimize business outcomes.
