REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant professional designation a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a corporate tax, treasury, or similar role with exposure to complex structuring projects.
- Proven ability to analyze complex tax issues, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
- Worked within the Blockchain space and experience of tax implications of native tokens.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of intellectual property considerations for tax purposes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving optimal financial outcomes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the CFO.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Treasury, Tax, IP & Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead the operational aspects of a critical Group corporate restructuring project and establish a robust treasury function. This role demands a unique combination of tax expertise, financial and commercial acumen, and a keen understanding of intellectual property considerations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Group corporate restructuring project, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Establish and implement a best-in-class treasury function, defining optimal cash and token management and working capital strategies.
- Partner with the CFO to optimize the Group’s tax structure, including:
- Identifying tax optimization opportunities within the new corporate structure.
- Preparing and filing all necessary tax documentation.
- Assessing Group tax risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Analyze intellectual property assets and develop strategies to maximize their value.
- Design and implement efficient intercompany arrangements, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Explore and leverage local tax incentives to enhance the Group’s overall tax efficiency.
