Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Social & Trends Insights Intern (all genders) to join the Central Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE TEAM & POSITION:

• Build assessments and recommendations based on existing audience insights that inspire innovation and growth.
• Surface relevant trends about how people think, feel and behave in order to empower central & regional teams to anticipate lifestyle shifts.
• Support the Social & Trends function to create case studies and communicate the best practices for use and analysis of social listening data.
• Ensure quality across reporting tools and support with data input.
• Be an enthusiastic member of the International Marketing Strategy Team, working very closely with our Social & Trends Manager
  Qualifications

You have a background in business administration or similar, and first-hand experience in social media marketing, or working with a variety of large data sources (e.g. behavioral, survey, qualitative, financial, etc.)

• You possess good Excel and PowerPoint skills and G suite equivalents
• Interest in developing/deepening social analytics expertise
• You have a good attention to detail and are good with numbers
• Curiosity about people and culture
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
