Working hours: Part-time / full-time (35-40 hours/ week)
Salary: 2600€/Month.*
Support language: French, Italian and English
Service times: MO-FR 8.00-24.00h, SA+SO 9.00-17.00h

Due to our great growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in E-Mail- and Chat Support with German and English language skills. To help us create exceptional customer experiences for the Anime and Manga platform Crunchyroll.
As part of our multilingual team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will receive requests via e-mail and chat.
- You will support the customer with queries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of Crunchyroll products and services.
- To provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
- You will work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
- You guarantee the client’s standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.
Your skills:
- We require you to have suitable professional experience in customer service. For example, writing support as a call center agent (m/f/d) or as a customer advisor (m/f/d)?
- Knowledge of the Anime and Manga scene is a welcome plus.
- You must have excellent writing skills in English and German.
- To remain calm in demanding situations.
- You are good at proactive communication.
- You have good computer and technical skills.
