JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
As the Division Compensation Director, you will provide strategic consultation and guidance on compensation operations. You will manage and works closely with the business and other compensation resources to effectively develop and maintain compensation and reward programs, planning, pay structures, and incentive models. You will oversees business compliance and collaborates with HRBPs and executives on escalated compensation issues.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Healthcare and general industry experience is required
- Certified Compensation Professional is preferred
- PHR is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of cash compensation and reward programs and compensation surveys
- Ensure local compliance with enterprise standards.
- Perform annual compensation planning, and managing implementation of cyclical and off-cycle pay adjustments
- Develop and maintain base pay structures
- Perform market analysis and job evaluation.
- Interface with HRBPs and other division and facility-level executives regarding escalated issues or program enhancements
- Design and maintain incentive models, and performing incentive calculations.
- Review wage/salary offer exceptions.
- Train HRBPs on compensation programs.
- Perform routine or intermediate analytics and reporting
- Base compensation design
- HRIS + comp system background (Lawson, REWARD, Kronos)
- Excel expertise
