Day to Day Snapshot

  • Build on existing customer relationships through account management and selling, utilising your excellent communication skills to maximise results
  • Identify new prospects and develop an in-depth understanding of their needs whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered
  • Achieve and succeed targets and profit levels
  • Maintain the CRM data base producing reports accurately in a timely professional manner
  • Work closely with other dealership departments to ensure each customer receives the best customer experience

Skills & Experience

  • Industry technical knowledge or are an experienced truck sales individual
  • An ability to work unsupervised with a positive, and can-do approach
  • A friendly, warm and outgoing personality who is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
  • Demonstrated experience to forge new relationships whilst maintaining existing customer requirements with your exceptional communication skills both internally and externally
  • An ability to follow and maintain established processes
  • A current Heavy Duty Truck licence, this is an advantage but not essential
