Trust & Estate Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a Trust & Estate Attorney to join our team located in Hamilton, New Jersey. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for working with families of people under guardianship and managing case files. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

• Providing legal advice and support to families of people under guardianship
• Using Case Management Software, Legal software, LexisNexis, and Management System to manage and organize case files
• Preparing and presenting briefings on case progress and outcomes
• Handling civil litigation and claim administration processes
• Handling and resolving complaints and inquiries related to guardianship cases
• Ensuring all case documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in state of New Jersey
• Must have 2+ years of recent trust and estate experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in the field of law
• Must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law
