Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Diploma holder in a related field such as business administration, law finance, accounting, or any professionally qualified courses in a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all documents are stored (electronically and physically) according to agreed policies and procedures.
  • Deliver high quality service to all intermediaries and clients and work closely with the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s).
  • Provide support to the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s) in delivering upon opportunities to drive up levels of client service.
  • Responsible for preparing bank account opening documents, trust review packs and documents for the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s).
  • Support the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s) in ensuring prompt collection of debt.
  • Carry out risk screenings on clients/ trust related parties, first level client CDD reviews and prepare the required documents according to agreed policies and procedures.
