We are thrilled to grow and develop our Fundraising and Engagement team to help us develop our Fundraising offering, build lasting relationships and achieve our ambitious targets. This is an exciting time to join us as we not only grow but also have the opportunity to be creative, create lasting impact and take ownership of an area with huge potential.
We are now looking for an experienced and creative Trusts and Grants Manager to join our integrated team and to help us keep delivering our vital services. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and Engagement, you will be responsible for researching and applying for a range of funding to support our life changing services.
The duties of this role include, undertaking proposals, researching, and reporting to maximise income received from trust, philanthropic grant makers and special project funds. You must be able to research and write high quality funding proposals and work closely with the Head of Fundraising to deliver a trust and foundations strategy.
You will be responsible for providing advice and direction to service managers as required, to help them with forward planning on funding. The current target is £700,000 per year, but this would be likely to increase. As such, we require an individual that has previous experience of meeting these kinds of targets, be able to identify new opportunities and it is vital that you can build strong relationships.
