Join our team as the Warehouse Clerk at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australia’s newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
The Warehouse Clerk forms a part of the Warehouse Administration Team and provides administrative assistance to various stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive, productive and safe work environment.

ABOUT US

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.

Responsibilities:

  • Process paperwork received with deliveries, and ensure that all daily invoices are accounted for, accurately receipted, and filled logically to assist with the prompt payment of supplier invoices.
  • Lead communication with suppliers where discrepancies, duplicated invoices, rejected credit requests, and any invoice/document related queries needs to be followed up and actioned promptly & effectively for close out.
  • Share information with the Accounts Payable Team where follow up and resolution is required of any outstanding invoice pertaining to the receipt of Supplier invoices.
  • Receive, reconcile, and file documentation associated with the movement of internal or external transfers across the Loading Docks, Storerooms, or associated Warehouses.
  • Complete the administrative requirements of the department, and maintain inventory stock records and filing of reports, correspondence, and related material for ease of retrieval.
