THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a high level of creativity, who will turn our internal clients’ needs into digital and printed masterpieces. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy innovation and creativity, this job is just perfect for you!

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• You should be fluent in English
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• A strong design portfolio with a variety of current, leading edge design work
• Experience in internal communications
• Technical skills: Graphic design, web design, Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma tool expertise (at least intermediate is mandatory)
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Microsoft Office expertise, particularly in Word and Powerpoint (and animations) is mandatory
• UX /UI knowledge / interest is a plus
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade
• Strong client approach
• A commitment and ability to work under pressure at peak times
• Good attitude and disposition, willing to help and collaborate for a common goal

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our team, you will:

• Work alongside the Tax Technology team to understand the overall messaging and come up with innovative designs to support internal campaigns/actions/messaging
• Design a wide spectrum of communication and marketing materials including newsletters, emails, web designs, intranet articles, facilities branding designs, campaigns collaterals, flyers etc.
• Provide quality assurance of all deliverables and manage creative responsibilities of assigned projects
• Be up to date with EY global BMC branding guidelines to deliver brand-compliant designs
• Oversee any other design, platforms, documents and evaluate and assess EY brand compliance
• Participate in clients’ and team’s calls as necessary
• Improve and re design PowerPoint presentations
• Comply with all learning requirements and CE credits as well as Risk Management and general policies
