Description:
Job Scope
Performing repair and maintenance functions on television sets
Diagnosing damages and malfunctioning parts, if any
Interacting with customers to understand the issues of their television sets
Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
Effectively managing time and meeting all specified targets and deadlines
Completing all tasks as assigned by the supervising leads
Following all standard operating procedures of the establishment, working in tandem with the company policies
Other Ad-hoc matters as assigned
Job Requirement
Require 1 year of working experience in TV hardware/software repair and maintenance
Team player
Good communications and inter-personal skill
