BECOME A KEY PLAYER AS A U.S. GLOBAL MOBILITY SPECIALIST:

Adobe is looking for an experienced U.S. Global Mobility Specialist, passionate about providing employees with exceptional experiences in the complex worlds of business immigration and relocation. Reporting to the Sr. Mgr, Global Mobility, the Global Mobility Specialist in this hands-on role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HRBP’s, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Tax, vendor partners, and others to ensure a seamless mobility experience for our employees and candidates. This role has a focus on supporting our University Talent partner group and their customers but will also include general global mobility support for North America.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

  • Act as the lead support partner to our University Talent programs (interns and new grads), including J-1 program administration & vendor management, creating and updating templates & support resources, providing training to the Adobe Talent team, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
  • U.S. immigration & international transfer case management, including assessments and initiations.
  • U.S. immigration program support: work closely with immigration counsel, document review, PERM process, invoice processing, etc.
  • Liaise with employees, candidates & managers on U.S. immigration and relocation inquiries.
  • Serve as an immigration and relocation subject matter expert for customers and partners.
  • Contribute to educational content, communications, and trainings.
  • Assist with complex issue resolution facilitated through stakeholder discussions that balance business needs, employee experience and risk.
  • Review and support critical issues and exception requests.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external supplier partners to develop process and system improvements.
  • Provide and receive coverage for teammates as needed (and cross-train accordingly).
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients, and all service partners through timely, accurate and professional communication.
  • Contribute to the global program’s priorities & objectives and provide innovative ideas for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Manage the delivery of mobility services per processes established by Adobe’s Global Mobility program owners in immigration and relocation.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years’ U.S. immigration experience required, including H-1B Cap and PERM
  • Strong U.S. immigration knowledge.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and deal successfully with ambiguity.
  • Ability to think through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes through the mobility lifecycle.
  • Ability to work effectively with data, analyze and present insights, develop and deliver presentations of key results.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and apply excellent judgement.
  • Ideal candidate must be resourceful, adaptable, self-motivated, and a trusted advisor to clients at all levels of the company.
