Summary
We are seeking a dynamic User Acceptance Testing Specialist to be part of the Business Operations team, responsible for managing changes to ADDX platform processes, features, and functionality on web & mobile front. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and with a group of exceptionally product focused team who want to make a difference. Responsibilities

• To collaborate with the Product, Engineering and QA team to define the UAT scope, effort and timeline for the web and mobile platform feature.
• To plan, create and execute UAT test plan, script, and scenario based on the web and mobile platform feature scope and releases
• To support UAT on ad-hoc releases for hot fixes
• To create and document platform user covering Admin, Issuer, Investor and EAM platform user
• To conduct training for platform user to familiarize with the platform feature
• To manage the platform admin user’s on ADDX platform
• To support relationship manager with creation of “how to videos”
• To work with the Product team to implement platform enhancement identified during UAT
• To support client service team to respond to client’s queries on platform usage
• To collaborate with the Product, Engineering and Quality Assurance team to manage and execute the User Acceptance Testing on ADDX web and mobile platform covering the functional, performance, and user interface on enhancement or new feature rollout.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of practical experience in platform or software testing.
• Strong understanding in system testing, UAT testing and execution (functional and non- functional)
• Experience working with business users to understand the UAT scope and plan the UAT support and reporting
• Experience in reporting test progress and using test management tool JIRA
• Experience in preparation of system user manual documentation.
• Good communication skills with users on platform usage and queries.
• Plan UAT resource support around the feature releases and perform actual UAT
• Is self-driven, a good team player and has a strong determination to succeed
