UI, UX WEB DESIGNER SUPPORT

• Working Location: Oeiras, Portugal
• Security Clearance : NATO Secret
• Language: High proficiency level in English language

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

· Graduate or near-graduate level in an IT-related subject
· Ability to understand/influence; requirements to positively impact the user experience
· Knowledge of UI/UX design for digital products or services
· Familiarity with UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
· Familiar with the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite

· Creating user-centred designs by understanding requirements and user behaviour
· Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour
· Creating style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
· Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for the Training Management System
· Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
· Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
· Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
· Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experienc
