POSITION SUMMARY:

The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying UiPath automation solutions to increase productivity and streamline business processes. In addition, they will have a critical role in producing high-quality technical documentation that is clear, concise, and accurate. This position requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating automation solutions that drive efficiency and improvements in business processes.
This person collaborates with business leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Be skilled, knowledgeable, and conversant with current computer system technologies including but not limited to

• UIPath (RPA)
• Programming languages such as Python, Java, VBScript, C# or SQL
• Technical Documentation
• Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Ops Genie is preferred
• Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate is preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Business degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of development experience with UIPath
• Experience at a top tier bank or hedge fund is highly desirable
  Salary range $75-100k epending on experienc

• Design and develop UiPath automation solutions that meet business requirements and specifications.
• Maintain existing UiPath automation processes by troubleshooting any issues that occur as well as making those existing processes more efficient.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation, to support the development and maintenance of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Stay current on UiPath best practices, new features, and functionality and provide recommendations for how to incorporate them into our automation solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
• Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
• Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs, and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to work in an Agile Framework.
