To support the UK entity Boards (as listed in Appendix 1) (the “Board”) in ensuring best practice Corporate Governance standards are applied to the UK entities, and all relevant Board procedures are conducted accurately, effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

KNOWLEDGE
- Extensive Knowledge of corporate governance requirement, board procedures etc. requirements affecting large private companies
SKILLS
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent relationship management across a wide range of seniority (including at the highest levels of corporate structure)
EXPERIENCE
- Qualified ACIS or FCIS with minimum 6 years’ PQE
- Experience of working in/ for the London insurance market or (re)insurance sector
- Experience of using Diligent (or similar) tool
