MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on markets across Europe, including the UK, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our UK team in Copenhagen!
In this position, you will play an important part in our clients’ success in the UK market. Together with the team, you will help the customers with the issues they have, when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat and phone call - our UK customers love to call and have a chat.
Our new colleague should have excellent verbal and written skills in English, and have a good understanding of UK customers’ mindset, as well as first-hand knowledge of the culture.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR NEXT COLLEAGUE?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.
