YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Influential relationship skills with stakeholders, colleagues, and learners in pursuit of delivering high quality learning outcomes whilst delivering on time and to budget
  • Communication with impact is vital to liaise with stakeholders (in country executive level, SMEs and team members) and to be able to advise with clarity on learning strategy to deliver against business expectations
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions, gather feedback, make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and able to quickly make sense of complex and logical problems
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges that may arise
  • Ability to analyze a range of information sources and to resolve potentially conflicting information and viewpoints to achieve an agreed outcome
  • The ability to be agile to changing priorities, project requirements, and business needs whilst keeping current learning solutions running smoothly

Responsibilities:

BEING THE COUNTRY HEAD OF LEARNING | L&D DIRECTOR | L&D MANAGER WITHIN THE CAPGEMINI ECOSYSTEM, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Identifying best-in-class learning solutions to support the Country-specific upskilling agenda, covering needs of all the business lines present in the country
  • Executing the global and country learning strategies – coordinating priorities between business units in the country
  • Managing the end-to-end deployment of localized learning solutions for all business units and track outcomes to report to business and HR stakeholders
  • Managing and consolidating budgets, and delivering accurate reporting and insights
  • Helping define the L&D strategy and positioning it to senior leaders
  • Providing relevant solutions that meet changing business requirements
  • Managing the complexity and ambiguity of business sponsors
  • Building/owning the relationships with the business sponsors
  • Leading and coaching the learning teams
  • Positioning the learning offers and understanding the benchmark
