REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong functional and technical background in HR and Payroll (Time and Attendance and Scheduling a plus)
Implementation experience and/or certification with UKG Pro and/or Ultipro.
5 years of experience implementing UKG Pro and/or Ultipro.
Deep knowledge of HR & Payroll standards, policies, procedures, and systems
Experienced with FLSA, ACA compliance, and CA labor law rules.
Ideally experienced in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and S&D verticals.
5 or more years of Pro HR PR consulting experience
Experience with UKG Pro implementation methodology and processes
A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
Proven success managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to confidently identify and manage project risk
UKG Pro HR PR certifications preferred. We will provide access to all UKG training and certification
Experience with joint UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions implementations is highly desirable
Ability to effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks across various projects in an efficient and high-quality manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships. You are expected to WOW! both your team and the customer.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Working with Marketing and Leadership in the overall effort of Outreach, Attract and Retain (OAR) the best clients in the industry.
Managing external partner resources initially while hiring to build the team.
Participating in the full lifecycle of UKG Pro implementations from Discovery through Design, Build, Test, and User Adoption.
Leverage your HR/PR knowledge to consult on best practices to assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.
Discover and analyze client business requirements and business processes.
Create usable documentation including Audit Findings, Business Requirements, and Product Design Documents.
Translate Findings and Product Design documentation into a properly configured HR/PR application.
Actively participate, and as needed lead testing and quality assurance activities for the projects.
Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro
Validate data conversion processes
Manage work across multiple clients
Assist with change management and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and budget.
Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentation.
Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG Pro.
Provide client delivery leadership for UKG PR HR consultants
Responsible for UKG PR HR consulting quality and consultant skill development
Subject matter expert and solution architect support for PR HR consultants
Partner with the clients and lead them through their PR HR implementation journey as a trusted advisor
Meaningfully engage and manage all stakeholders, both internal and external
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional resources to develop solution design and resolve complex implementation challenges
Proactively anticipate project risk and develop mitigation strategies
Lead, inspire and motivate the project team to achieve project and organizational goals
Work closely with Improv for joint implementations
Foster relationships between clients, partners, alliances, UKG and the Improv team
