JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As an Ultrasound Sales Operations Specialist you will play a vital role in managing back-office operations of ultrasound sales team. You will be responsible for managing back-office processes including but not limited to supplier creation, PO issuing or compliance workflow registration. In your daily job you will have the opportunity to cooperate with different functional teams (direct and indirect sales, marketing, compliance, finance, other) learn about internal processes and contribute to the Team Market success. You will apply diligence, good work organization and strong communication skills to deliver the results in optimal way.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good organization of work
  • “Can do” attitude and optimistic approach to work
  • English language skills in at least communicative level
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assure on-time execution of compliance workflows related to cooperation with KOLs.
  • Manage supplier creation, PO issuance and assure on-time payment execution.
  • Manage marketing events tracker and report on marketing budget spent status.
  • Generation of educational vouchers and report out on their utilization.
  • Manage a database of regulatory and product compliance documents
  • Support in organization of sales team educational events
  • Support in marketing events logistics coordination
