Position Available: Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer - 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm for Carman Ainsworth School District.
Wage: $16.50/hour

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ months security experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID

• Monitor grounds and facility for suspicious activity
• Monitor all persons entering/leaving facility
• Maintain organizations’ stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Be alert and aware at all times
• Have great customer service skills
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, permitting entry, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
• Complete other job duties as assigned at specific buildings within the school district
