ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a post-secondary environment
- Experience providing front line student services and detailed information on programs of study and other related information through both face-to-face and digital media.
- Experience providing administrative support to undergraduate programs, including entering student data and preparing reports; coordinating room assignments; and maintaining files and records.
- Experience organizing the logistics of meetings and special events.
- Experience maintaining and creating databases and statistical reports.
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Intermediate experience using ROSI, ROSI Express, Degree Explorer, Quercus, or similar student information systems to retrieve information and compile reports.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to promptly respond to inquiries with clarity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrated initiative, tact, and good judgment.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately, prioritize and deal with multiple tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, including the ability to effectively interact with students, faculty, and the general public.

Responsibilities:
