Communications Liaise with members of the Medical Education team, Educational Fellows and the wider Medical Education team to ensure a high standard of training is provided Build working relationships with specialty clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery of bed side teaching and in-situ simulation Liaise with Manchester Foundation Trust Wythenshawe (MFT-W) student support services when required Key member of the Undergraduate Team delivering regular inductions for the 3rd year medical students Involvement in the Trust junior doctors inductions Responsibility for Patient Care Assist patients /service users/carers/relatives during contact in the clinical environment Respectful of patients consent/non consent around clinical examinations and history taking The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13
